Brain Trainer Privacy Policy

Kumudan Softwares built Brain Trainer as a mental-math practice game with short rounds, bonus questions, local score tracking, daily challenges, theme settings, and optional advertising-supported reward flows. This policy explains what the app stores, what third-party services are active in the current build, and how you can remove local data.

1. Information We Collect

Brain Trainer does not require you to create an account or sign in. The current app stores gameplay and settings data on your device and uses Google Mobile Ads for advertising features.

A. Data stored on your device

  • Display name used inside the app.
  • Total sessions played, questions answered, coins, and local profile state.
  • Game session results, including mode, difficulty, score, accuracy, streak, round duration, and timestamp.
  • High scores for game modes and difficulty levels.
  • Daily challenge progress and the date of the last daily challenge played.
  • Settings such as enabled operators, difficulty, round duration, sound, haptics, theme pack, and onboarding status.
  • Interstitial replay counters and local state that help control ad-supported flows.

B. Automatically processed by third-party advertising services

The current build integrates Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) for a dashboard banner ad, an optional rewarded ad used for extra gameplay time, and an interstitial shown at a replay transition. Google may process device and app information such as IP address, app interactions, advertising identifiers where available, approximate location inferred from network data, and ad performance or fraud-prevention signals according to Google's Privacy Policy.

C. Support contact

If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, screenshots, or device details you include.

2. How We Use Information

We use app data to provide the Brain Trainer experience.

  • Save your settings between app launches.
  • Show your local profile, progress, high scores, and leaderboard-style results on the device.
  • Resume or clear daily challenge progress.
  • Adjust math practice rounds based on your selected operators, difficulty, and duration.
  • Offer optional extra-time rewards when you choose to watch a rewarded ad.
  • Support ad delivery and replay-transition monetization through Google Mobile Ads.
  • Respond to support requests that you send to us.

Current service note

The current app source does not include account login, Firebase sync, Crashlytics, Google Analytics, or a Kumudan-operated online leaderboard. The Android manifest includes internet permission, and the current build uses Google Mobile Ads SDK while keeping player progress and settings local to the device.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

  • Local gameplay data stays on your device unless you back up, transfer, export, or share device data through Android or Google device settings.
  • Google AdMob and related Google advertising systems may process advertising-related technical information as part of ad delivery, measurement, consent, and fraud prevention.
  • We do not run our own Brain Trainer server for accounts, cloud leaderboards, or profile sync in the current version.
  • We may disclose information if required by law or a valid legal request.

4. Data Retention

Brain Trainer keeps local data until you remove it.

  • You can clear local high scores from the app settings where supported.
  • You can clear app storage from Android settings to remove local app data.
  • Uninstalling the app removes locally stored app data from your device.
  • Android or Google device backup may keep or restore some app data depending on your device settings.
  • Advertising and consent-related processing by Google follows Google's own retention practices.

5. Device Permissions

The current Android manifest requests internet permission. Brain Trainer does not request sensitive permissions such as contacts, camera, microphone, SMS, or phone call access in the current build. Advertising SDK behavior may still rely on standard network access and Google Play services available on the device.

6. Security

Brain Trainer uses Android local storage mechanisms, including Room database storage and DataStore preferences, for game progress and settings. No storage method is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

7. Your Choices

  • You can edit your display name and app preferences inside the app.
  • You can clear local high scores where supported by the app.
  • You can clear app storage or uninstall Brain Trainer to remove local data from the device.
  • You can choose whether to trigger the optional rewarded-ad flow for bonus time.
  • You can contact us if you have privacy questions or support-related deletion requests.

8. Children's Privacy

Brain Trainer is a general math practice game and is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our own servers.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the last updated date above.
