Kumudan Softwares built Poultry Management to help poultry farm owners and workers manage farm records, reminders, reports, and daily operations.
When you use the app, we may collect or store information needed to provide the service, including your account details, farm name, farm location, farm settings, sheds, batches, bird counts, feed records, mortality records, vaccination records, hatchery and incubator records, sales records, worker invitations, worker roles, task records, reports, backup records, and support messages that you choose to send.
If you sign in with a third-party authentication provider, the app may receive basic account information such as your user ID, name, email address, or phone number depending on the sign-in method and provider settings.
We use your information to operate the app, sync farm records, show reminders, create reports, manage worker access, support farm setup, process in-app purchases, provide optional backup features, improve app stability, and respond to support requests.
Poultry Management uses Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore, to store account and farm data in the cloud. This allows signed-in users to access farm records across devices and allows owners to invite workers where supported by the app.
The app may use local notifications for farm work such as vaccination reminders, hatching basket reminders, feed or task reminders, and other operational alerts. You can manage app notification permissions in your device settings and supported reminder settings inside the app.
The app may offer subscriptions, add-ons, rewarded ads, and native ads. Payments are processed by Google Play, not directly by Kumudan Softwares. Advertising may be provided through Google AdMob, which may collect device, ad interaction, and consent-related information according to Google policies and your device settings.
We may use Firebase Crashlytics or similar diagnostics services to collect crash logs, device information, app version, operating system version, and technical events. This information helps us find and fix app stability problems.
We do not sell your farm records. Data may be processed by trusted service providers used by the app, including Firebase, Google Play Billing, Google AdMob, and crash reporting services. Farm owners can share access with invited workers through the app, and those users may see the farm data allowed by their role.
We use reasonable technical measures such as authenticated access and database security rules to protect data. However, no cloud service, app, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You can edit or delete many farm records inside the app where supported. Owners may be able to delete farm data or request account-related deletion through app settings or by contacting support. You can also uninstall the app from your device. Some records may remain in backups, logs, or billing systems where required for security, legal, fraud prevention, or platform compliance reasons.
This app is intended for farm management and is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will appear on this page with a revised effective date.
